New look resturant sets to light up Walsall

The Arbor Lights, situated on Litchfield Street, is set to re-launch on 7th June after a major refurbishment costing £65,000 by the licensee Matt Harper with owners Punch Taverns, a leading pub company in the UK.

The bar and restaurant remained open whilst work was carried out for four weeks to transform the overall look and feel of the pub.
Inside, the pub has been updated with a new smoking area, disabled access as well as a completely new toilets, all decorated in a modern and contemporary style throughout.

The Arbor Lights, which has always upheld a good reputation for its food and drink, will launch a new menu featuring modern British dishes with a twist.

Matt, who took over the lease in October, is thrilled with the pub’s new look: “The investment has given the pub the facelift it needed. With the stylish interior décor and the new facilities it will allow us to match the pub’s appearance with the restaurant’s high quality service standards .

“We are excited to launch our new food menu, where our talented chefs will be creating daily specials which will give customers the choice so that there is something for everyone. Visitors attending the launch night will be the first to sample the new food offer as a six-course taster menu will be available. 

“I look forward to the launch and seeing the customer’s reactions.”
The launch party will commence at 7pm, where visitors can see Karen Noble sing live, as well performances from stilt walkers and fire eaters.
