  • Your date of birth and mobile number (if you provided them during the registration process.)
  • The Punch Taverns venue from which you are accessing The Cloud wifi service.

You may also provide personal information to us when you contact us by email, telephone or letter or if you request a service from us and we may ask for information about you when you enter a competition or respond to a promotional offer from us.

When you provide personal information to us or we collect personal information from other sources, we will treat that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How do we use and share your information?

We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To analyse trends and profiles in relation to Punch pub customers.
  • To send you details of our latest offers, promotions and news – we may do this by telephone, post, email or SMS text message.
  • To process and respond to requests, enquiries and complaints received from you.
  • To communicate with you about services provided to you.
  • To carry out customer satisfaction research.

We will pass your contact details, including your name, address, telephone number, email address and mobile number and details of your location when using The Cloud wifi services to third parties to enable them to contact you about their products, services and latest offers. The third parties to whom we pass your information for these purposes include Punch Taverns group companies, the individuals and companies who run Punch pubs (Punch Partners) and other third parties that we select from time to time.

In order to fulfil the purposes described above we may need to share your information with other Punch companies and third party organisations that carry out operations on our behalf. Some of these third party organisations may be located overseas in countries which do not have the same level of legal protection for personal information as we have in the UK. Where we use third parties to process your personal information, we will ensure that they have adequate security measures in place to safeguard your personal information.
